We have a team of enthusiastic experienced professionals who can deliver your project.

Our Architects have a wealth of knowledge within both Private and Registered Provider housing sectors.

We have a team of Employer’s Agents, Quantity Surveyors and a Clerk of Works who can negotiate the best build price for your project and deliver it on time.

We also have an energy expert who can provide training, help with grant applications and organise bespoke events for tenants and managers as well as the technical aspects like EPCs and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments.

    David Partridge
David is our Head of Pelham Architects. After obtaining a degree in Building Surveying from De Montfort University in Leicester David has spent over 20 years in management roles within construction for retail, leisure and housing clients. During his spare time David enjoys walking and video gaming.
  Mike Price
Mike is our Head Architect and leads the Architects team. He studied at Birmingham and Oxford where he completed his RIBA Part 3 and a Diploma in Urban Design. Mike has worked in private practice but has been with Pelham Architects for over 20 years. His spare time is spent painting, cycling or cooking, but mostly entertaining his daughters. 
    Simon Henderson
Simon is the Senior Architect. He studied at Portsmouth before obtaining his Part 3 Architect qualification in Hull. Simon has worked at Pelham architects since 1999. His previous experience centred on nursing home design, including specialist care facilities. His hobbies include going to the gym, swimming and collecting contemporary art. 
    Ken Hirons
Ken is a Senior Employer’s Agent within the commercial/procurement team. He has a first degree in geology and a post graduate Quantity Surveying qualification. Ken spent ten years with two major construction/civil engineering contractors, before joining Pelham Architects 19 years ago. He now specialises in contract administration, party wall and CDM coordinator roles. His hobbies include fishing, cycling and keeping fit.
    Sridhar Linga
Sridhar is a Senior Technician with expertise and interest in energy conservation. Sridhar is an NHER accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and BRE accredited Ecohomes & Code For Sustainable Home assessor. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree and an MSc in Environmental Design of Buildings.

  Shaun Nee
Shaun is our Clerk of Works and has been with NCHA since 1999. Shaun has a wealth experience in the construction industry after more than 30 years working in variety of roles on site in the UK and on the continent. In his spare time Shaun enjoys long distance running, squash, cycling and going to the gym.
    Ian Soar
Ian, our Clerk of Works has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, working in both the private and public sector.
Following a degree in Building Pathology and Structural Engineering, Ian worked for South Derbyshire District Council, Metropolitan Housing and East Midlands Homes, before coming to Pelham Architects in 2016.
Ian’s main hobbies are motorcycling around Europe and losing golf balls on the golf course!
    Darron Waldram
Darron, Senior Architectual Technician has been involved within construction for approximately 30 years. During this period he has worked on a wide variety of private and commercial schemes. Whilst the majority of his experience has been in the health sector, he has found his current role, within the Pelham team, to be the most rewarding to date.
When he’s not battling with the mysteries of REVIT at work, his spare time is spent trying to be a dad, teaching karate and collecting guitars.

    Barbara Stillman
Barbara has degree in Design Studies from Nottingham Trent University and has been with Pelham Architects for over 15 years. As well as being a Senior Technician, Barbara is also an NHER accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor.Senior Architectural Technician 
    Bill Pywell
Bill is an Employer’s Agent. He obtained a HND Building (Quantity Surveying) from Trent Polytechnic, before going on to gain membership of the CIOB. During his 36 years in the construction industry he has spent 25 years in social housing which has included maintenance, asset management and now contract management. His spare time is divided between travelling and watching Ice Hockey.
    Matt Clifford
Matt is an Employer’s Agent and liaises with contractors regarding building defects. He obtained a BSc in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University, being awarded a CIOB Certificate of Excellence in the process. His spare time is split (not equally) between his daughter; browsing, buying and reading books and, occasionally, browsing, buying and playing Playstation games.
    Helen Tyrell
Helen is our Technical Administrator and our go-to person who ensures the smooth running of our office. Helen has 20 years experience in administration and at least 15 of those within the construction industry. In her spare time Helen is a film buff and also enjoys going to gigs/watching live bands.
